Our yoga classes are a great way to increase physical activity, flexibility, balance, and strength, as well as alleviating the tension that results from being seated for long periods.

Yoga in the workplace 

Yoga is an ancient form of spiritual exercise. The principles of yoga are still called upon in modern society to support physical health and mental wellbeing.

Research has shown that yoga in the workplace can help reduce absenteeism. As a result, organisations offering wellness initiatives such as yoga are far more likely to have a healthy and productive workforce.

 

​Our corporate Yoga classes are suitable for everyone from beginners through to those who regularly practice yoga. Classes can be delivered in a flexible way, either before work, at lunchtime or after work, depending on your organisation’s specific requirements.

  • A minimum booking time of 1 hour is required

  • Class sizes can vary from 1 to 20 people

  • You can supply your own mats or your can purchase them from us at a cost of £5 each
