How Does Meditation Work
Over the last 30 years, mindfulness practices have been heavily researched. It has been revealed that regular meditation and mindfulness practice encourages positive psychological changes in the brain, having a profound effect on how we think and feel. An increasing number of organisations are recognising the value in incorporating initiatives such as meditation to help reduce stress and fatigue amongst their employees.

Our corporate mediation classes are suitable for beginners as well as those that meditate on a regular basis. Classes can be delivered in a flexible way either before work, at lunchtime or after work, depending on your organisation’s specific requirements.
